Paddle handles billing
Paddle.com is our merchant of record and processes every payment, invoice, and refund.
1. Free plan
- The Free plan requires no card and no charge, so there's nothing to refund — you can use it for as long as you like or cancel your account at any time.
2. Refund eligibility
- If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge that started or upgraded your subscription. This covers a change of mind or a plan that isn't the right fit.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or for a subscription's regular renewal charge, are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than guaranteed — for example, a billing error or a technical issue that prevented you from using the product.
- Where local law grants you a statutory right to withdraw or cancel (for example, a 14-day withdrawal right in the EU, EEA, and UK), that right applies regardless of the window above.
3. How to request a refund
- Email billing@mirrorli.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request, or use the "Manage subscription" link in your payment receipt from Paddle.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard's billing settings. Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- We don't prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel partway through — this matches standard practice across subscription software.
5. Paddle as merchant of record
- Paddle.com Market Limited is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for all Mirrorli purchases. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and handles the mechanics of any approved refund.
- Paddle's own Buyer Terms may give you additional rights depending on your location — see paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms for details.
6. Enterprise plans
- Enterprise and other custom-contract plans are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in your signed agreement, which take precedence over this policy.
7. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy as the product and our billing provider evolve. We'll do our best to give notice of material changes.
8. Contact
- Questions about a charge or a refund? Email billing@mirrorli.com.
